Let Carter's refurbish your Mills and Calendars.

Carters operates on a service of two roll mills and calendars where we can remove the rolls and
carry out re-furbishing of the main bearings regrinding of the roll journals for both hot or cold applications.

We strongly advise that roll working faces be re-ground on calendars.

We also carry out reversing of all worn gearing to run on the un-worn face of teeth plus re-furbishment of lubrication pump and piping.

This work can be done as a planned job to suit a shutdown or on a breakdown basis.

Refraction work can be undertaken on an emergency breakdown basis.
