Plant installation and turnkey projects worldwide

Carter have vast experience of turnkey projects throughout the established European countries and the expanding markets of the far eastern producers as well as the new developing regions of china and the pacific rim. An experienced team of professional advisors, installation and commissioning engineers actively oversee the operation from initial drawing office planning to final supervision of installation and monitoring commissioning runs.



Service

On-site service/inspections of any type of Mixer/Mill/Calender/Extruder, Continuous Mixers, by skilled Service Engineers, followed by a full written report and recommendations for any future implementation to be considered.

Emergency Repair Work

Any type of emergency repair work can be carried out in our machine shop and stellite hard surfacing can be carried out by our welding department, complemented by our outfitters who will dismantle and reassemble to your requirements on site.

We offer an inspection and maintenance service, on a contract or one off basis, to indicate the life of, or to give an indication of, possible impending trouble on your mixer, so corrective measures can be taken, complemented by a 24 hour breakdown and installation service.
